Description:

Basic instruction and certification as a Level III Security Officer

This is an in-person course in which the student must pass a written exam and range qualification in order to become certified to carry a firearm in Texas. The course includes the following training:

• Baton Certification
• Defensive Techniques
• Handcuffing, Holds and Restraints 
• Firearms Safety Training 
• Shooting Range Qualification

Schedule:

• December 16, 2023
• 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the classroom located at 11503 Jones Maltsberger Rd Suite 1158 San Antonio TX 78216 
• 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at "Bullet Hole Gun Range" located at 2715 Grosenbacher Rd, San Antonio, TX 78245

Equipment:

Firearm and ammo are not provided. You will need to bring your own firearm and ammo for a mimimumof 50 rounds. If rental of Firearm or ammo is needed, please inform the coordinator prior to the class.
